Rug Tufting Crafts Maker

I was really interested on working with the students from Honley High School, as I wanted to help them be aware of the history of the line and be comfortable in using it. They are the future generation to use the trains so it is necessary for them to know the importance of the train lines, especially as the country promotes public transport to reduce co2 emissions from cars. Secondly because of budgets being cut across the country often lines that are not well populated of used are being closed, this happened at my local station in the North West; so I wanted the student to be aware of these factors and how the line is both a great transport link but also a way of exploring your local area and find new things to be proud of.

The students at Honley High have been wonderful to work with, eager and fun I hope that they have enjoyed exploring what the Line has to offer.
